Did you apply for a place in one of our coaching programs? Please review the following terms and ensure you understand them before committing to the program.
The service provided to the CLIENT by the COACH is business COACHING, as described in the promotional literature. It is not directive advice, counselling, or therapy, but instead seeks to enable clients to realise their business goals through BB formulas and philosophy.
The agreement is between BB Coaching Solutions (herein named as COACH) and the person/company whose application for coaching is successful.
The fee will be refundable on a prorated basis in the event of illness or other serious emergency which prevents Bishop Wayne from completing the program. The program fee is non-refundable for any other reason.
Outcomes can only be guaranteed by the performance of the client and the coach rejects any liability for business outcomes.
COACHING services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training.
The COACH promises that all information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.
Throughout the relationship, the COACH will engage in direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT, which will include asking questions and making requests. The purpose of these interactions is to remind the CLIENT of his/her own intentions, and COACH him/her to realize them.
In order for our relationship to achieve the maximum result, the COACH asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:
1. Please be on time to all appointments. If you will be late, notify the COACH in advance. If you will miss an appointment, notify the COACH at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without 24 hours’ notice will only be rescheduled at the COACH’s discretion.
2. Be honest and participate fully and come prepared for sessions.
3. Make a commitment to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.
4. If you see that the program is not working as you desire, communicate feedback to COACH to better address desired goals.
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the COACH makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the COACH be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages.
Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the COACH’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the COACH under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.
This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and COACH agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given.
The CLIENT's signature or box check on the application indicates compliance with the above requests and understanding of the services to be provided.
